Just a reminder that The Community Kitchen at Hood United Methodist Church is now open and serving meals.
The kitchen is open Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays at 10 a.m. Anyone who needs a free meal is welcome. Bring your family and join the community.

The Republic Business Industrial Development Association will deliver an economic development update for the city of Republic next week. The event is titled Republic, Missouri. Champions in Sports. Champions in Business. Winning In the Future.
The event is scheduled for May 10 at 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. at The Tower Club’s Starlight Room in Springfield.
